The current backoff for AMS is 24 hours on any connection failure. Can this be implemented the same as for projects (starting with 1~2 minutes and increasing the time on every connection failure) or bring it down to one or two hours?
If this poses a problem for some AMS maybe the default backoff time can be set in get_project_config.php. No setting = 24 hours.
