Hi Bernd,

times have changed. The OpenCL SDK currently downloadable from AMD is 
quite stable and compliant and also delivered with their current normal 
driver releases. If you want you can code OpenCL on your Nvidia Board 
and then just run it on the AMD SDK; the SDK also allows debugging 
(+printf) of the kernels on CPU.

I'd be willing to share the OpenCL setup code we use in POEM@HOME under 
a free license, but I have to ask my P.I. first.
It's a single header file setting up an OpenCL context and waiting for a 
kernel to be delivered. I'd also prepare a short lower_to_upper kernel 
to show how it works in a week (now I'm quite occupied).

Is there demand, should I ask him?
