You missed some interactions.

In Scenario 1 and Scenario 2, changing the link status of a group can
change the link status of multiple policies in the policy link grid (the
column is shown in the Policy link grid and needs to be updated to reflect
reality after link or unlink is clicked in the Group Link grid).

Similarly for scenarios 5 and 6.  Changing the link status of a group can
change the link status of multiple devices in the devices link panel.

Is it possible to run the boinc manager gui from source code using VS? I
have successfully compiled the source code for boinc 6.13.12 in VS 2008.
However, when I perform a 'start without debugging' it looks as though I am
just getting the command line version of boinc. The gui certainly does not
pop up. I have attached a picture of what I see.
