Yes and no, we are in the process of converting.  I switched Trac over 
yesterday, finished some of the post-receive stuff today.

Right now SVN is still the primary source tree, Oliver from E@H is keeping the 
git repo at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/git updated daily.

Once the rest of the read-only infrastructure stuff has been updated, I'll get 
the wiki updated with info on how to checkout from the new location.

When I know that the principal committers have git installed and can pull from 
the git repo I'll turn the SVN repo read-only and make the formal announcement 
about the conversion.  Anybody who has commit access under SVN should be able 
to get push access to the git repo.

reader, corresponding to git commits. Trac now shows the git repository, and 
*not* the SVN repository; the latter makes me think this is more than a tiny 
first test.

Did you just suddenly move to git without telling anyone either before or after?
