We could use the Microsoft method.  Create a link saying "click here to
look for a solution to this problem" and the page would say "Checking for a
solution to this problem",  then 30 seconds later it would refresh to a
page that says "No solution to your problem has been found.  Please contact
[random hardware manufacturer] for updated drivers."
