FYI, Run always / Suspend controls GPU as well as CPU applications;
so you actually only need to 2 things.

I'm inclined not to add Suspend All / Resume All menu items
because it would make the menu bigger,
and because it might be confusing: e.g. if you have GPU suspended,
then do Suspend All, the Resume All, should the GPU be suspended?
