This looks like your ISP may not support IPV6 yet. You could ask, and if true, eliminate the tries for reaching IPV6 addresses, and decrease the amount of time wasted.
Also, connections to port 25 are often blocked if they cross from one ISP to another, usually because the internet protocol for that port is easy enough to fake that they have been used for sending email spam that was very hard to trace to a sender correctly. Something else to ask your ISP about. My ISP uses yahoo.com as its email provider, and has therefore set up special connections to reach yahoo.com without this problem.
