I have updated the preferences tab.

a) it is now using a global override preferences as default to make sure
important settings like "fetch work only on wifi" are set from the start.

b) there are now more preferences exposed through the UI. To avoid
confusion for non-tech users, most of them are only visible after checking
"show advanced preferences". To make it more clear, the elements are now
also organized in categories (*).

* General
- Autostart
- Show advanced preferences

* Network
- Fetch work only on WiFi
- Daily data transfer limit (advanced)

* Power
- Calculate on Battery

* CPU
- Used CPU cores (advanced)
- CPU limit (advanced)
- Suspend if non-BOINC load exeeds... (advanced)

* Storage
- Max. used storage (advanced)
- Storage left unused (advanced)

* Memory
- RAM limit when busy (advanced)
- RAM limit when idle (advanced)
