Thanks, Rom. I will give that a try. My understanding is that enable-pkg-client
will simply build the client without the manager, i.e. GUI, which I don't need.

Try adding --enable-libraries.

I useally build with:
./configure --disable-server --enable-unicode

I'm not sure what --enable-pkg-client is supposed to do.

Subject: [boinc_dev] Client build fails when linking libboinc_crypt

I cloned the boinc.git repo today. Make fails when it gets to the linking stage
of the client build.

I ran "configure --enable-pkg-client" because I only want the client.
Build dies with the error below. Did a make file get broken or am I doing
something wrong?

make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/dcoss/rpmbuilds/BUILD/boinc-repo/lib'
  CXXLD boinc_client
libtool: link: cannot find the library `../lib/libboinc_crypt.la' or unhandled
argument `../lib/libboinc_crypt.la'
