The links to the source are here: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/SourceCodeGit (This page is linked to from several places!). Please note that BOINC changed to git version control earlier this year and since 2 months the boinc-v2 repository is the correct place.
If you want to view the source online you may find http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/browser/boinc-v2 helpfull.
