There are two things that might be happening.  Both in the same area.  CData 
contains some XML -- which the parser is supposed to ignore.  It is also 
possible that, as Nicolas has already noted, that it may be the extreme length 
of one of the xml elements that may be a problem.

The XML is valid, so it's not a bug in the client. The only
potentially-problematic thing I see is long lines in the stderr text,
which the so-called XML parser in BOINC might be mishandling.
