"localhost" can be changed if user names its device (just as default windows 
host name can be changed).
And new name will be visible in hosts list on project web page. I renamed most 
of my Android devices and new names are vidible for me on project's hosts web 
page.
Moreover, I have 2 identical G-tabs, only names are different. And they visible 
on SETI@home project as 2 different devices from very beginning of their use.
