I did not receive any workunits from the beta site all last night. Now, if I log in to my router and force it to change the external IP address, I am often able to report a large number of tasks and receive new workunits, but sometimes Boinc annunciates that it failed when receiving data from the server. In any case I only get one chance to report and download workunits (one successful exchange with the server by one computer) before I have to change the IP address again. All during last night and now uploads proceed without error.
setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu responds to both ping and tracert every time I have tried it.
