Just to avoid confusion.

After 7.2.28 is released, we will follow up with another 7.2 release to
handle the sub-second CPU throttling and app_config.xml changes. I
believe there was a request for a manager change dealing with the
suspend icon in the system tray. I expect this release to be able to be
turned around pretty quick.

7.4 will include the changes to the Windows toolchain (VS2010), zlib,
openssl, libcurl, and AVX/AVX2 support on Windows. Mac's will see
changes around what installer technology is used. This release has the
potential to take a little while to cook with the number of technology
changes.

I'm pretty sure additional changes will make it into the 7.4 release.

We implemented a variant of 1), which seems to work fine.
It will be in the 7.4 client, which should be released next month (we
could accelerate this if needed).
