It's time to start planning for the 10th BOINC workshop. If you're potentially interested in attending, please give me your input on the following (reply to me individually, not to the list):
1) Duration How long should the workshop be? The 2013 workshop was 3 days: 1 day of talks and 2 days of "hackfest". The latter sufficed for some hackfest projects but not others. Should we add an extra (optional) day? 2) Location There was interest in finding a venue with both lodging and meeting rooms, so that we could spend more time working and less in transit. Does anyone know of such a venue (in Europe, preferably easy to get to)? Any other venue suggestions (i.e. a meeting room for ~50+ that we can use)? 3) Dates Typically the workshop is in September. Please let me know of your conflicts during September 2014.
