The current (since about 24 hours ago) iteration at SETI@Home is showing 99% of
links underlined, whereas SETI Beta and BOINC show none underlined that I can
find. I'd like to see consistency - certainly within any one single site, and
ideally across the BOINC family as a whole, and the current internet fashion
seems to be to rely on color alone (and sometimes not even that) to identify a
hyperlink. SETI is currently looking old-fashioned in that respect.

Thanks for compiling the list.
I dealt with all of these except the signature images not being side by side.
I couldn't figure this out.
In some cases I had to use custom CSS (see custom.css).
Bootstrap sometimes works in mysterious ways.
For example, the grid system resizes columns discretely rather than
continuously - why?
The code does some things the Bootstrap way, some things the old way
(like <td width=40%>).
I'm not going to change these, but if anyone wants to do so feel free
(as long as the results are an actual improvement).
Are there any remaining showstoppers?
If not I'd like to merge the bootstrap branch.
