I'd prefer to save the changes made in file lib/gui_rpc_client_ops.cpp <https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/pull/1768/files#diff-0f74f9501d466fd0841839bf10791b0b> because this is actually a fix of existing bug in version check. All other changes can be reverted in release branch but I want to ask you to keep them in master.
