Milan transfer guru Ariedo Braida will travel to Brazil and Argentina this
week as he searches for possible transfer targets, according to
Vice-President Adriano Galliani.
"Ariedo will stay in South America for 15 or 20 days," said Galliani. "He
has already eyed some interesting players, just like he did in the past with
Kaka.
"Signing talents like Ronaldinho is possible when they are still at Gremio
or PSG, but if they move to larger clubs like Barcelona, you can't sign them
for less than £40m."
Milan have reportedly targeted Lucas Pezzini Leiva and Evaldo Silva Santos,
both currently contracted with Gremio.
The 19-year-old Pezzini, who also has an Italian passport, is set to leave
the Brazilian club in January and has also been eyed by Atletico Madrid,
whereas Evaldo could move at the end of the season.
