*SATURDAY* *(All kick-offs 1500 GMT unless specified)* *Manchester United v Manchester City* *(1245 GMT)* [image: Manchester United v Manchester City]
Man Utd's form has been the best of any team in the Premiership on a regular basis. They can also put a bit of pressure on Chelsea, who play Arsenal, if they win and I don't see them slipping up. We know Man City have hardly conceded a goal at home but on the road they are not particularly brilliant. It would drive a manager crazy having a good home record but being terrible away - it tells you something about the players more than anything else. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201464.stm> *Prediction: *2-0 ------------------------------ *Blackburn v Newcastle* [image: Blackburn Rovers v Newcastle United] It's a big one for both teams who are at the wrong end of the table. Newcastle got a really good win against Reading in midweek and it was a very good game. Blackburn slipped up against Charlton and Mark Hughes has probably been kicking them from pillar to post in training. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201450.stm> *Prediction:* 2-0 ------------------------------ *Liverpool v Fulham* [image: Liverpool v Fulham] Liverpool's home form generally has been outstanding. Their fans will be looking at the games coming up and suddenly thinking they can be in the top four very soon. Fulham are a bit up and down but have done better than I expected. They haven't got a big squad but a tight squad, who have had some good results away which has been the difference. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201456.stm> *Prediction: *2-0 ------------------------------ *Middlesbrough v Wigan* [image: Middlesbrough v Wigan] Middlesbrough are arguably the most Jekyll and Hyde team in the division but I am going to go for a home win. Wigan week-in week-out are proving that they have consolidated and have definitely come to terms with the Premiership. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201478.stm> *Prediction:* 2-1 ------------------------------ *Portsmouth v Everton* [image: Portsmouth v Everton] It's very difficult, apart from when they are playing the big four, to say other than a home win. Fratton Park is a hard place to go now and, as we all know, they have got some very good players. Everton had a smashing result against West Ham last time out as they are severely stretched at the moment. They have got some very good youngsters coming through but maybe it is a bit early for them. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201480.stm> *Prediction:* 2-0 ------------------------------ *Tottenham v Charlton* [image: Tottenham Hotspur v Charlton Athletic] Tottenham's form at home is excellent but they are a posher version of Man City away. I think they'll win because of their range of strikers and how they can change them around. Charlton got an excellent and sorely needed result in midweek but they are completely unconvincing on the road. They don't look like a team to me who are playing for each other. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201484.stm> *Prediction:*2-0 ------------------------------ *Watford v Reading* [image: Watford v Reading] Both teams know each other extremely well, which is even more reason to go for a draw. Reading have been excellent as everybody knows whereas Watford have struggled and they are also missing their main striker so it's hard to see where their goals will come from. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201486.stm> *Prediction: *1-1 ------------------------------ *Bolton v West Ham* *(1715 GMT)* [image: Bolton v West Ham United] Just as I thought West Ham were going to start to pull up the league they have started to slip. They made lots of chances against Everton but never looked like they were going to score. I'm going to go for a result slightly against the run of form as I think West Ham will frustrate Bolton and eventually the ball will go for them in front of goal. I just feel West Ham will get a lucky break. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201454.stm> *Prediction: *1-1 ------------------------------ *SUNDAY* *Chelsea v Arsenal** (1600 GMT)* [image: Chelsea v Arsenal] It's a real tough ask for Arsenal, especially without striker Thierry Henry. One of Arsenal's problems on the road has been playing against teams that are physical like Chelsea, who eventually will break them down. Arsenal can't win the league even if they win as they have just got too much to do. Chelsea have so many different options and their quality of substitutes just make all the difference. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201520.stm> *Prediction: *2-0 ------------------------------ *MONDAY* *Sheffield United v Aston Villa** (2000 GMT)* [image: Sheffield United v Aston Villa] Aston Villa have been excellent and have played way above themselves, which is in a large part because of their manager Martin O'Neill. But Sheffield United can see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel now and they have made quite a few chances in the last few games at home. They realise that it is their home form which could keep them up so I'm going to go a little along the lines of a shock. Match preview </sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/6201524.stm> *Prediction: *2-1 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
