Chairman

What for?
Endorsing, ratifying, legitimising the actions and operations conducted by
the General Manager and his dedicated team
Conducting the General Assembly meetings
Signing all the official and legal documents
Balancing or supporting the decision-making process at internal level

How?
Assuming the overall legal and social implications of the documents signed
Exercising the right to the exclusive legal signature for all financial
commitments
Chairing all the G-14 official meetings

Objectives
To manage the G-14 activity to ensure its coherence, appropriateness and
efficiency as regards the member clubs' interests and decisions

General manager

What for?
Implementing and conducting the operational side of G-14 activities
Structuring, motivating and setting challenges for his dedicated team,
covering the social, legal, financial and effective level of the work
Research and develop into all pro-active concepts likely to implement and
support the strategic positioning of the grouping externally
Handling and maintaining the active and fundamental link between all the
members
Regulating and setting guidelines for the communication concept and
activities

How?
Selecting and briefing his staff members (number and qualification)
Handling the legal assignments and documents required in the byelaws
Controlling the financial accounting
Ensuring the quality and quantity of compulsory meetings through the yearly
exercise
Endorsing, ratifying and legitimising the actions and operations conducted
by his staff

Objectives
To give concrete expression to the G-14 missions and impact in terms of both
policy and actions
To organize and facilitate the activities required for the continued
effectiveness of the G-14 concept
