      Best of the Weekend
Player of the Weekend Robert Green

Bobby Zamora may have been West Ham's match-winner at Arsenal, but Green
was in inspired form. The goalkeeper produced a string of fine saves to help
The Hammers to a 1-0 success at Emirates Stadium.

Goal of the Weekend Lee Carsley

There were no spectacular strikes from distance this weekend, but there
was a lovely team goal at Goodison Park as Phil Neville, Mikel Arteta and
Joleon Lescott all combined for Lee Carsley to steer home a rare goal.

Pass of the Weekend Peter Crouch

Last week's Player of the Weekend turned creator this weekend and he
delivered a perfect pass through to Alvaro Arbeloa to score his first goal for
Liverpool against Reading.

Save of the Weekend Edwin van der Sar

Green and David James both had claims in this category, but Van der Sar
gets it for somehow getting his fingertips on to Sean Davis' shot in the second
half at Portsmouth.

Tackle of the Weekend Linvoy Primus

Wayne Rooney may not have agreed with the decision, but referee Mark
Clattenburg was spot on not to award a penalty after Primus' perfectly-timed
tackle in the box to deny the Manchester United striker a shooting opportunity.

      Miss of the Weekend Mido

Just before Ricardo Carvalho's winner for Chelsea, Mido had a great chance
to put Spurs in front, but his header from close range was helped over the bar
by Petr Cech when all it needed was to be guided to one side of the keeper.

      Gaffe of the Weekend
     Rio Ferdinand

With United pressing for an equaliser at Portsmouth, the leaders shot
themselves in the foot when Rio Ferdinand passed the ball past his own keeper,
with Van der Sar having come out to collect.

      Game of the Weekend
     Portsmouth v Manchester United

Arsenal v West Ham was a close-run thing, but for sheer drama, Fratton
Park was the place to be. Portsmouth produced a heroic performance to record a
2-1 win over United in a game of chances for both teams.
      Moment of the Weekend
     Arsenal's Emirates record gone

After 22 games unbeaten at their Emirates Stadium home, Arsenal lost after
slipping to a 1-0 defeat to West Ham United. The Gunners dominated from start
to the finish, yet Bobby Zamora's goal proved the difference
