Seinget gue setiap kali ada kemungkinan TIE-BREAK di setiap turnamen,
hampir selalu hasil akhirnya nggak perlu pakai tie-break.
Jadi,
kemungkinan seperti Turki vs Ceko, kayaknya bakalan selesai di 90 menit
(alias nggak draw).
Trus Italia - Prancis nanti sepertinya nggak akan berakhir draw di 90
menit.
Ini nih aturan tie-breaker:
1. Poin dari pertandingan antara tim yang terlibat.
2. Selisih gol dari pertandingan tim yang terlibat.
3. Gol memasukkan terbanyak dari pertandingan tim yang terlibat.
4. Selisih gol dari semua partai di grup
5. Gol memasukkan terbanyak dari semua pertandingan di grup
Atau Prancis-Italia draw sementara Rumania kalah, berarti hanya dilihat
poin antara mereka aja.
Sementara ini Italia dan Rumania selisih golnya sama, 1-1, dan Prancis
0-0.
Jadi kalo kasus di atas yang terjadi dan itali-prancis draw dengan gol
(1-1 atau lebih) maka Italia yang lolos --> aturan nomer 3, mereka
memasukkan gol paling banyak.
Kalo prancis itali 0-0, kemungkinan yang lolos Itali dan Rumania karena
sama2 punya selisih gol 1-1.
Habis itu baru dilihat selisih gol total dalam grup itu.
Artinya tergantung RUmania kalah berapa gol dari Belanda.
under 3 Rumania lolos, di atas 3 Itali yang lolos.
Kalo kalahnya sama dengan 3, dilihat jumlah gol memasukkan.
Kalo bener2 sama, baru dipake rules nomer
6. Koefisien pertandingan kualifikasi WC 2006 dan Euro 2008.
Di situ Italia ada di atas Rumania. So Itali yang lolos.

TIE-BREAKER RULES :
If two or more teams finish equal on points after all the group matches
have been played, the following criteria will be applied to determine
the ranking :
(a)
Greater number of points obtained in the matches between the teams in
question.
(b)
Goal difference resulting from the matches between the teams in question
(if more than two teams finish equal).
(c)
Greater number of goals scored in the matches between the teams in
question (if more than two teams finish equal).
(d)
Goal difference in all the group matches.
(e)
Greater number of goals scored in all the group matches.
(f)
Coefficient of points from the last two qualifying competitions for the
final rounds of the 2006 World Cup and Euro 2008 (points gained and
divided by the number of matches played).
(g) Fair Play conduct of the teams (final tournament).
(h) A drawing of lots by the Organising Committee.
There is no need to apply criteria (g) & (h) at this year's championship
because the only teams with equal coefficient under criteria (f) are
teams of Romania & Germany (ranked 5.),
Greece & Poland (ranked 10.)
and then Russia & Turkey (ranked 13.)
- teams that were drawn into different groups anyway.
