Soal pemilihan pemain masing2 pelatih punya pemikiran sendiri. Seperti Rafa musim ini jarang rotasi hasilnya jauh lbh bagus dr musim2 sebelumnya yg demen rotasi. Dlm kompetisi yg keras target harus selalu meraih poin penuh, tentu lbh aman memasang pemain yg siap drpd sekedar memasang pemain muda untuk nambah pengalaman. Biasanya mereka dipasang menit2 akhir bila posisi sdh aman. Seleksi alam lah, yg terbaik yg dipasang. Bila si Carvalho atau Alex memang lbh bagus drpd Terry tentu mereka yg akan dipasang menggantikan Terry krn lbh aman. Tidak logis bila pelatih pasang pemain sementara ada yg lbh bagus lbh siap di bangku cadangan. Masalah Robinho knp Chelsea lepas krn City bersedia bayar diatas Chelsea berapapun yg Chelsea tawar. Karena harganya sdh overrated maka Chelsea tdk mau naikin lg. Naikin juga percuma krn City akan naikan harga lbh tinggi lg, sementara Robinho yg begging minta2 pindah ke Chelsea ternyata lbh suka memilih tawaran tertinggi. Roman msh blm ada pemikiran untuk jual Chelsea. Dia malah pemilik club yg paling dekat dg club nya. Bandingkan dg pemilik Arsenal, Pool, MU, Milan, Inter dll.Seberapa sering orang lihat pemilik club nongol di stadion ntn clubnya main? Roman diatas 90% dia hadir ntn langsung. The Dutchman is the ultimate hired hand, having been employed all over the world on a variety of short-term projects, while Ancelotti is a virtual hermit, who still lives on the farm on which he was brought up in Reggiolo, in north Italy, and has not worked outside his native country.
