Hey! I like the skin! A lot!!!
Here's a couple minor suggestions...
1. I think you could simplify the skytab page with the following code
(not tested, but should be comparable, and a lot shorter and easier to
read...

2. It might be preferable to use zone pages like zone.sky.top,
zone.sky.bottom, etc. That is the standard convention for customized
skin pages. Not required, but it would keep all zone pages for all
skins in one hierarchy. Kind of a namespace thing...
3. For a little pizazz it might be nice to have the tabs light up when
you do mouseovers. It's only an extra bit of CSS, and makes a nice
affect.
Overall, it's very nice! Good work...
