It's not much, but try this bit of code:

Line: [text line]
Text: [text text]
[submit]
[session target log.{p}]
[session flags 'line={=line}']
[session log content='{=text}']
[session redirect]
[form]
[(source log.{p} fmt=lines)]

I thought the target line wasn't required, but I guess it is.  My mistake...
