Add a skins only download to the page http://jhinline.com/boltwire/blog/index.php?p=downloads
Note, I do not use a code.style.skinname, there are only code.skin.skinname. The skin references the original CSS style files. I know this is not the boltwire way, but for me it is most efficient and I don't loose track of which farm has the most current css. You will see that 99.5% of the original CSS and skin are unchanged from the original authors.
