Ok, I finally got a bit of time too look at some stuff for BoltWire
and this problem in particular. Here's what I discovered.

If you use the current code, as is, adding a line like

test: test

Will move any page in the test hierarchy to the test subdirectory:
including test, test.one and test.one.two. It will not move
tester.page. So I think it works as we desired--as long as you do NOT
use the asterisk.

In the process I found some ways to cache the information and speed up
performance (I think) so it wasn't a complete waste of time to know it
was working properly in the first place. :)

Let me know if this is not true for you. I've tested this several
times on my computer and all seems well.

Cheers,
Dan
