You are right, you want to change the site title, you see those $$ and you don't know where to change their value [:-)]. Some things like that are not clear in the docs yet, but it's being solved. I have just added info on skinvars into docs.index.variables. I'll see what is the best place to put a note with a link into docs.install.setup. Thanks for the suggestion.
