Another minor release with a fix to the thread bug in UTF page names. Can't seem to replicate the edit problem Linly reported--seems to work fine for me...
One more significant change is skinvars are now renamed snippets. At the time you upgrade you will need to rename your code.skinvars page to code.snippets.
