This may be a bug...
If you go to engine.php ~line 669 you will notice an equal sign in the
conditional. It should read like this:
if ($args['markuptable'] == 'reload') $out = BOLTdomarkup($out,
$pageLink, $zone);
Once fixed, it seems to work properly.
