Thank you for noticing this Martin. I'll look into it.

There's several solutions, but the right one, I suppose, is to create
a custom BOLTdelete system function which not only deletes the file,
but deletes the appropriate line from the index. Then the action
creating the new page needs to flag the indexing engine properly to
make sure the new page gets added to the index.

Neither are too difficult. Will just take a little time.
