Never mind with this. You already give us so many. But about the javascript part. Because of the popularity of ajax, more and more the browsers support javascrip and set enable by default, like FireFox. The new Google browser declare that one of their main feature is speeding up the javascript web page. I'm not arguing this but talk a little about what I saw.
