This will be in the next release...

Set $farmURL to farm folder (no trailing slash).

Then use the $$farm snippet var for things like
$$farm/skins/skinname/style.css or whatever

I had to guess for a default value and selected this:

http://$_SERVER[HTTP_HOST]/boltwire/farm
