If we did these things they would be plugins. Goes against the
philosophy of BoltWire to add large bunches of code like this into the
core. (They are probably all bigger than BoltWire). But it shouldn't
be too hard to hook them into BoltWire. I wouldn't have time to do
this myself for a good while, but maybe one day.

If we did do a 4.xx I suppose having some built in functionality for
ajax would be a likely candidate for inclusion. And/or some good
javascript modules. I don't know. I'm ready for a break for awhile.
And I need to resist the temptation to keep playing with BoltWire's
core...  :)  Doesn't leave me much time to USE BoltWire
