After testing, I got "if between" working, but "if time" failed.
Working:
if="between { {now}-86400*7 } {info.wikiblog::{+p}} {now}"
if="less {info.wikiblog::{+p}} {now} && more {info.wikiblog::{+p}}
{ {now}-86400*7 }"
Failed:
if="time {info.wikiblog::{+p}} from={ {now}-86400*7 } to={now}"
