Ok, I finally figured out what the problem was with the skins on the
BoltWire site. I had to specify the skinPath because I have a weird
kind of add-on domain setup. Anyway, seems to be working properly now.
Here are some observations if anyone cares to try working more on
them:

Aquatic: The brown color in the side bar should go all the way down to
the bottom of the zone.
Black: Seems too much margin on top, none on bottom zones.
Brick: Similar margin issues. Main is higher than side for example. No
left outside margin, etc.
Business: Looks pretty good.
Butterfly: Had to install manually for some reason. Looked garbled
otherwise. Did I mess up something? Nice now.
Crisp: Side zone extends below bottom. Needs different styling to
float bottom down to, well, the bottom.
Gnome: Some weird spacing in the side menu. Really long...
Inspire: Looks like like items in menu bar bleed over into main zone.
Maybe needed for fixed widths. Links need color coordinated
coloring...
Marble: Might need a wider right side bar. Looks good.
Metallica: Looks good. But the top right bar of the T looks off a
pixel or two... (Just to be picky)
Paper: Tried to repackage and install as a regular skin. Couldn't get
it to work anyway.
Would be better if all the extra little paper page could be put
into a single code.snippets.paper page.
Space: Looks good. Some margin problems again down at the bottom
Weightless: Cool, but fonts are too light to see well, and impossible
to see entire side menu if long.

Most of these have been problems for a while--and no fault of
Kanesodi, who at least got them all running once again. Still, if
anyone cares to do some fine tooth polishing of these skins (mostly
css work), it would be great. Maybe we could all take one or two and
fix them. I got a nice polished version of Gnome I could dig up and
pitch in. Anyone else care to tackle one? Or have other working skins
they would like to share with the community. I'd love to have scores
of them eventually.

Thanks again for all the help getting these skins at least up to code.
Little by little, we're getting there.

Cheers,
Dan
