So I think I must misunderstand what "interwiki" means. Please forget the word.
What I want is treating all internal links as internal, externals as external. If I use [[main]], this is internal, if I use [[http:// mysite.com/index.php?p=main|main]], it would be external. I like to have a variable which equals the site root and making BoltWire treat it as internal.
