Not sure I understand your question.  To take advantage of BoltWire's
hierarchical pages, you might want to read these pages:

http://www.boltwire.com/index.php?p=docs.start.pages (the section on
page hierarchies)

and then for more detailed information

http://www.boltwire.com/index.php?p=docs.concepts.hg

This tutorial will explain how to create different sidebars for
different sections of your site:

http://www.boltwire.com/index.php?p=docs.start.layout (see zones and
hierarchies)

Finally as for the breadcrumbs (I think you are referring to) just put

[(breadcrumb)]

on a page. You can search more about breadcrumbs to learn more about
the various options available to you.
