I can’t explain in all technical terms, but I think I did something
like what you want.
See this wiki:
http://www.vacationrentalworkshop.com/jacwiki/jac/index.php?p=jac
I have a main page home and 4 main projects. Each project has its own
home page with the following names
calendars
jacapi
jaccms
wordpress
openrealty
In each of these projects I have many pages for the project
calendars.
calendars.register
calendars.config
calendars.property
calendars.links
calendars.themes
calendars.enquiry
and
jacapi
jacapi.summary
jacapi.something
There are many way to get automatic menus. My site is not using
automatic menu so it is not good to use as example.
BUT I ADDED this to my site for an example. On each page you can NOW
see a list of all pages in the same group AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE
using an automatic BW method.
I edited the page named ‘footer’ and added this line:
[(search group={p1} template=toc)]
I only added that line to one page named footer. You could add it to
the page named ‘header’ or ‘side’. To put it where you want. Most
people choose 'side'. The header, side, footer are special pages called
zones in BW. The code you put their will display on all pages.
CODE for Example above

Go to this link and see BOTTOM OF PAGE where it says GOOGLE GROUP
EXAMPLE
http://www.vacationrentalworkshop.com/jacwiki/jac/index.php?p=calendars
You can see any of the code you want. On any page just add to the
URL &action=source and you can see the code used to make that page.
