I just took your stuff and wrapped it BoltWire's syntax. I figured you could take it and run with it from there. If you get stuck and need help with a specific let me know. I've quite busy with other problems but would like to see this idea developed. You know, it would be possible to setup a special forum area where only the bbcode markup is recognized and all the other BoltWire markups ignored just for that directory. To block forum posters from using functions or something. It's easy, just a question of what you want to do. Keep me posted. Feel free to modify the plugin and upload. To do that, go to http://www.boltwire.com/index.php?p=solutions.community.bbcode&reload=true The reload=true adds a little red ^ beside the file which you can click to upload a revised script.
