Good points. My plan is to automatically add a next prev capability
when you hit a max. Just haven't had a chance to do it. There's an old
plugin that does this
(http://www.boltwire.com/index.php?p=solutions.search.multipage),
though I'm not sure it works perfectly. It would be nice to find a way
to make this easy and automatic in the core. So I'll get to that when
I can.

In the meantime, I can definitely add that to the next release.  For
now you can edit action.search and change the query line from

[text myquery size=40]

to

[text myquery "{?myquery}" size=40]
