Just checked out the new persist plugin. Works as I would expect one to work.
No extra storage file, I can use it with multiple browsers at the same time and from different locations now as well. Saved me a ton of work, as I absolutely need it for one site where lots of users don't like having to log in every day they went to the site. They turn off their desktops at night... yuk!
