in markups.php
check Markup('pre', 'snippets', .....
there is a call to BOLTMsnippets() and the third argument is missing.
If i add this as 'true' then i get the skin output right, without modifying the
BOLTMsnippets() function.
I don't understand what purpose the $skin parameter has inn the function,
but it seems to be the culprit.
