Dan:

I still have a site.header page and also a header (skin?) page
P.S. always upgrade over the top of stuff.

I have tried both with an w\out the ! after first pair of "&&" in
header.
I tried removing [(breadcrumb)] code from pages still showing dual
breadcrumbs and it leaves one on the page.
Pages that haven't had a breadcrumb on them in for about 3 releases
now are still empty
of them.
Pages that had dual output now have NO [(breadcrumb)] function code in
them still leaves 1 function output on that page.
