Kevin, you can put this on a page:

[(search dir=plugins sort=lastmodified count=30 fmt='* <(lastmodified
{+p} %x dir=plugins)>: {+p}')]

It works on the current code, but somehow it got broke on the live
site, which is lagging behind. I have it put at main.changes. As soon
as I upgrade it should start working again. The question perhaps is
where and when we should put it.

Another idea, is in the template that generates plugins, we could find
some syntax for:

[if less than 2 weeks old] [^new.img^][if]

This would sprinkle little img's beside any plugins updated within the
last two weeks.  What do you think?
