There is a <rules> markup you can use to specify which rules get
applied. So you could try:
[box content][box]
[session comment
"<rules=links,styles:fontstyles,styles:hr,end>{=content}</rules>"]
Then when you get the output only the specified links show up on their
comment. I haven't done much with it, but it should work...

P.S. There's also form validation to prevent certain kinds of things,
and a filter command which could potentially allow you to strip out
markups. But I don't think you want the first, and I the second is
more complicated. Not to mention, I have a feeling I'm going to change
it at some point... :)
