No, I have reworked the code somewhat sometime back so this is handled
more automatically--whether for good or bad. Basically anytime you
create a new stamp of a page, that same function scans all old
existing stamps and deletes them. There is no longer a clearstamps
function.

Of course, we could create one easily enough. The code is found in
commands.php ~535 on.  But I don't think we need it in the core. Seems
easier to me to just have BoltWire handle all this in the background.
