Take a look at the latex plugin available under plugins/system. Like I state on the page, I wrote the plugin without testing it, not even for syntax errors in the php code, but I'll get to testing it today or tomorrow.
The plugin probably requires php5, non-safe mode, and definitly requires a latex installation.
