Oops. A duplicate entry on my part. This should not affect the
switchuser or urllogin plugins.

It allows you to create a form that logs someone in without requiring
them to enter their password. Probably ill conceived, but useful in
certain situations, and generally secure--as long as your admins and
editors are trusted. But, Danny raised some good objections to this,
meriting it's removal from the core.
