I found the cause and fixed it. There was a site.auth.mail in my temp
folder that should have been deleted by my FTP application (I guess).
It probably uploaded the wrong version after editing. Never had this
before. Maybe that's why it is labelled as a beta version. Ouch.

than in the form itself!

Thanks for the hint! Right and wrong. It must be {title} but the form
won't fail with {=title}. The subject will then be "{=title}".
